Scottish Caravanner was created in October 1998 to produce and publish a magazine which would cover the news and views of the caravan industry in Scotland.
The founder Bob Mather a lifelong caravanner was at that time operating one of the most successful touring caravan parks in Scotland. After severing his links with the park in 2003, Bob has devoted all his energy into developing Scottish Caravanner into a highly respected name in the industry, both in Scotland and also south of the border.
He was joined in the business by his daughter Allison Kerr shortly after its inception and for the last two years his son Robert Mather has been involved in developing the business.
By October 2008 it was decided that the company had to expand to keep pace with all the happenings within the caravan & motorhome scene and a new company was formed, namely Caravan & Motorhome Superhighway Ltd of which Scottish Caravanner is now an integral part of this business.
We are certain that this expansion will allow the Scottish Caravanner side of the business to become even more established and Caravan & Motorhome Superhighway taking a more national approach creating a radical print integrated with web structure within the industry.
