Bailey expands the scope of its extended warranty programme

Total customer satisfaction is top priority at Bailey and the quality ethos extends to the after-sales service and manufacturer's warranty that comes with every new touring caravan. In this way we not only ensure long-term peace of mind for Bailey owners but also enhance re-sale value of their investment.
Following the introduction of a market leading warranty package on new touring caravans, Bailey of Bristol is launching a new extended warranty scheme to complement the standard cover provision.
All new Bailey caravans built using the Alu-Tech construction system are now supplied with a ten year body shell integrity guarantee and a three year manufacturer's component warranty at no extra cost to the customer*. To provide further reassurance, customers will now have the option
to purchase an additional three years component warranty to receive six years complete cover on specified elements of the caravan. New classic construction models can also benefit from the same component warranty extension to complement its existing six year body shell integrity cover.
Also being introduced for the first time is a body shell integrity guarantee re-instatement policy for all Alu-Tech construction models. This is available on both new and pre-owned models where the manufacturers service schedule has not been maintained and the original warranty has been invalidated. An Alu-Tech owner can now buy back into the original scheme maintaining the same level of cover for an additional period of up to three years
